The Barrie branch team, led by Branch Manager Holleigh St. Amour, is consistently demonstrating how a robust internal culture directly translates into unmatched client service. Working closely with Project Coordinator Kayla Shave and Project Management Administrator Katie Daigle, this trio operates with a high level of cohesion that delivers impressive results for their local clients.
An Empowering and Unified Culture
The Barrie office has cultivated a work culture rooted in employee empowerment, inclusivity, professional development, and transparent communication.
"Our regular team meetings are an opportunity to learn, listen, and share information, build trust and opportunities to collaborate on projects. Each member brings immense value and a different perspective to each unique situation. We always make time to celebrate our wins (big and small)." - Holleigh St. Amour, Branch Manager

This supportive environment is a point of pride for the team. They describe it as more than just a workplace—it’s a true supportive community where everyone works openly to improve and celebrate each other’s successes. This collective calm and willingness to pitch in, especially when facing intense situations, is what truly defines the team.
Triumphing Through Seamless Collaboration
The team’s resilience was tested early this year with a rapid series of weather events and a subsequent CAT situation, which kicked off a steady incline of business. Their operational strength was vividly demonstrated when they took on high-stakes, time-sensitive restoration.
Working under extreme pressure, the team mobilized to complete a full restaurant restoration over the course of just six days to save a pre-booked wedding venue. Pulling off what many considered impossible, with seamless execution from every member, resulted in deeply humbling gratitude from everyone involved.

Kayla emphasizes that this fundamental value of teamwork directly improves both the quality and speed of service. Shared responsibilities and mutual support allow the team to solve problems faster and deliver high-quality results more reliably.
In one example, Kayla highlighted how proactive communication prevented a client impact entirely: “A delivery delay was flagged early by a team member. We quickly adjusted the schedule, coordinated with the supplier, and informed the client with a revised plan before they were even aware of the delay.” This shared visibility is key to minimizing disruption and maintaining a positive client experience.
Operational Excellence Behind the Scenes
"Ensuring clean and up-to-date project documentation means the team always has the right information at the right time so they can focus on getting the work done instead of chasing the details." - Katie Daigle, Project Manager Administrator

For Katie, the most rewarding aspect of her role is knowing that her accuracy allows her colleagues to complete their work with confidence, focusing entirely on the job and not paperwork. This organizational rigor ensures the team stays prepared and responsive, which is critical in their fast-paced industry.
Client Focus That Drives Growth

The Barrie team is unapologetically client-centric, consistently going the extra mile and working cohesively to achieve goals. They respect client wishes and align their decision-making to ensure satisfaction, with constant communication being their primary objective.
Holleigh notes that complex losses often require the team to think outside the box. This dedication and tailored effort are recognized by their clients, which consistently translates into strong client referrals and repeat business. Their focus on building in-house, vendor, and client relationships ensures their service remains unmatched in the local market.
