The team’s resilience was tested early this year with a rapid series of weather events and a subsequent CAT situation, which kicked off a steady incline of business. Their operational strength was vividly demonstrated when they took on high-stakes, time-sensitive restoration. 

Working under extreme pressure, the team mobilized to complete a full restaurant restoration over the course of just six days to save a pre-booked wedding venue. Pulling off what many considered impossible, with seamless execution from every member, resulted in deeply humbling gratitude from everyone involved.

Kayla emphasizes that this fundamental value of teamwork directly improves both the quality and speed of service. Shared responsibilities and mutual support allow the team to solve problems faster and deliver high-quality results more reliably. 

In one example, Kayla highlighted how proactive communication prevented a client impact entirely: “A delivery delay was flagged early by a team member. We quickly adjusted the schedule, coordinated with the supplier, and informed the client with a revised plan before they were even aware of the delay.” This shared visibility is key to minimizing disruption and maintaining a positive client experience.
