If left unintended, water can cause enormous amounts of damage to your home or business. Whether you are dealing with minor flooding from a ruptured pipe, sewer backup, or severe flooding as a result of extreme weather – the first 24 hours of any water damage are critical. ARS Responds Canada is highly experienced in handling both small and catastrophic-sized water damage disasters as well as the cleanup of both clean and contaminated water.
 

Depending on the source of the water and the extent of the damage, we will stabilize the site and mitigate the potential for secondary damage; We will promptly assess and process affected personal belongings for cleaning and restoration, extract the water, and prepare the affected area for drying.

STRUCTURAL DRYING

We are experts in water removal and drying and are often able to avoid costly repairs and reconstruction thanks to our advanced water damage restoration techniques and superior performing drying equipment. Drying the building as quickly as possible will prevent or limit secondary damages such as paint peeling, swelling of cabinetry, and mould growth, just to name a few.

Contaminated water from a sewer backup poses a very real health risk if not handled properly. Affected materials and belongings may be removed or discarded and immediate cleaning and disinfecting will be carried out by qualified technicians so that the area is safe for occupants.
