
Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

Lead emergency and restoration projects from scope to completion

Communicate clearly with clients, adjusters, and internal teams

Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet margin targets

Coordinate trades, materials, and team schedules
-
Maintain compliance with health & safety standards and program KPIs
-
Deliver exceptional customer service with compassion and professionalism

Prepare estimates, job costing, invoices, and manage A/R
-
Conduct regular site inspections and project updates
-
Manage multiple priorities and shifting demands with confidence

Represent our brand with leadership and accountability

What You Bring:
​
-
5–7 years of experience in construction/restoration
-
Proficiency with MS Office, Xactimate, and XactAnalysis
-
IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT required; others an asset)
-
Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction best practices
-
Proven ability to lead, coach, and collaborate across teams
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
-
Valid G or G2 driver’s license
-
Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation
