In 1959, Antonio “Tony” Gagliano founded TGA General Contracting in Toronto, Canada, with a clear and humble premise that became the company’s first mission statement: “Our Product is Pride.”
What began as a small, family-rooted business has since evolved into ARS Responds Canada—an industry leader in disaster mitigation and restoration services across Canada.
Tony’s values of honesty, integrity, and service excellence shaped the culture and foundation that still guide us today. For over 65 years, his vision and leadership nurtured the growth of the company while staying true to its roots: pride in craftsmanship, commitment to community, and respect for people.
